Jami Osborn, LMFT

As we navigate through life’s challenges sometimes we may need some help along the way. I believe that seeking counseling is a courageous endeavor where if we are open to the challenge new opportunities can emerge that can be life changing. I believe the purpose of therapy is to provide an atmosphere of respect, trust and support while helping people to be empowered to navigate life’s challenges and to discover a renewed sense of hope and peace. I would be honored to join you in the process of finding healing, hope and new possibilities.

I have experience working with couples, families, individuals, children and adolescents with additional education and training in trauma therapy, Theraplay®, and Gottman Couples Therapy. I have experience working with grief, depression, anxiety, and healing from trauma to include sexual abuse/assault, and physical abuse.

My favorite scripture is Luke 4:18. ““The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners
and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free.” I have a desire to see people set free so they can step into the life God called has called them live and experience deeper connection with those they love.

In my free time I enjoy watching my husband and boys play baseball, taking walks in nature and spending time with friends and family.
