Jessie has worked extensively with teenagers and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, family conflict, suicidal ideation and more. Jessie’s passion is helping individuals grow, heal, and find purpose for their lives. She believes everyone deserves a safe and empathetic place to process the ups and downs of life and move toward healing.
Jessie utilizes different counseling approaches based on the individual. She primarily uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy and person-centered therapy. Jessie is currently accepting Aetna, United Healthcare, and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage insurances.
Jessie earned her Bachelor’s Degree at UCF in Psychology and her Master’s Degree shortly after in Counselor Education. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH 17199) and a professional school counselor.
Jessie enjoys spending free time with her husband, chasing after their two energetic daughters. She has a passion for reading, savoring a good cup of coffee, and staying active on her Peloton. Above all, she cherishes her role as a mom.
