Jessie earned her Bachelor’s Degree at UCF in Psychology and her Master’s Degree shortly after in Counselor Education. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH 17199) and a professional school counselor. She has worked extensively with teenagers and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, family conflict, future/college planning, and more. Jessie’s passion is helping individuals grow, heal, and find purpose for their lives. She believes everyone deserves a safe and empathetic place to process the ups and downs of life and move toward healing.
Jessie utilizes different counseling approaches based on the individual. She primarily uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, solution-focused therapy and person-centered therapy. Jessie is currently accepting Aetna and United Healthcare insurances.
Jessie spends most of her free time chasing around her two little girls (6 and 5) with her husband. She loves reading, drinking coffee, riding her Peloton and being a mom.
