Payment Info

Payment information:
Our counseling sessions range from $115 to $165 per session. Each session is 45 to 50 minutes.
Insurance:
Our counselors are listed as “out of network” providers. We encourage you to contact your insurance to see if you have out-of-network mental health counseling benefits.
How does this work?
You will pay your counselor for each session and your counselor will provide you with a receipt known as a “super bill” for you to submit to your insurance. Your insurance will reimburse you an agreed upon amount per session.
Scholarships or fee reduction:
We are blessed to be working with Liz Legacy who provides a couple of scholarships a month for our clients 18 years and younger. Currently 4 of our counselors are able to offer these scholarships. The scholarships is an agreement between all three parties. The counselor provides a reduced rate, Liz Legacy pays a portion of the session and the client pays the remaining amount.
We do offer a reduced fee application for those interested in applying. The client needs to provide a w2 and display the financial need. Please ask us for more information if you would like to apply.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
